Tetri Kvadrati’s new large-scale project “Filigree 2” - a residential area is being built in Tbilisi, Saburtalo, on the road to Napetvrebi, at G. Danelia 61.
This is the idea to find a place in the city center amidst the city noise and modern rhythm, which will transport our residents to a different, peaceful reality every evening when they come home.
“Filigree 2” is a place for the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. The project combines a total of 6 residential buildings and
includes: four 8-story and two 9-story buildings. Each residential building has from 43 to 60 residential apartments and various types of commercial or office space.
The concept of the residential area is tailored to the needs of future residents. The apartments are designed for new families, for rent, for students or for large families. Residential apartment areas start from 65 sq. m.
Playgrounds and sports fields, recreational areas, resting areas, etc. will be arranged on the project territory.
