New District in Saburtalo from “White Square”
Another new large-scale project of White Square “White Square on Mindeli” - a residential district in Tbilisi, on Dzotsi Street in Saburtalo, is being built.
“White Square on Mindeli” combines a total of 6 residential buildings and includes: two 14-story, one 15-story and three 22-story buildings. Each residential building has more than 100 residential apartments and various types of commercial or office space.
The concept of the residential district is tailored to the needs of future residents. Apartments are designed for new families, for rent, for students or for large families. Residential apartment areas start from 53 sq. m.
The district will feature playgrounds and sports fields, a recreational zone, cafes, restaurants, salons and many other facilities tailored to the needs of residents.
Completion: Units 1 and 2 - September 2025; Units 3 and 4 - June 2026; Units 5 and 6 - October 2026
